Richard is a member of the National Catastrophic Injury Unit and is a leading authority on Periodical Payment Orders. He often speaks publicly about PPOs and co-authored the International Underwriting Association's PPO Study which was published in November 2011. He regularly advises individual insurers on this form of award and is also responsible for agreeing the wording of and administering PPOs for a number of insurers.
In addition, he continues to handle a catastrophic injury caseload including spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries arising out of motor, employers liability and public liability claims.
Richard Stallard is acclaimed for his handling of a variety of catastrophic injury claims relating to employers' and public liability, and RTAs.
