Robert is a partner in the Corporate department and specialises in private equity, corporate finance and M&A. He also chairs the firm's UK China group.
He advises on private equity and venture capital transactions for investing institutions and management teams.
He has acted for many years for public and private companies and brokers on IPOs and secondary issues.
The sectors in which Robert has transactional experience include software and technology, financial services, insurance, business services, training and education, real estate and natural resources.
He has been recommended in the Legal 500 for M&A.
A graduate of Trinity College, Cambridge, he qualified as a solicitor in 1989.
