Sanjvee is a partner in our Private Client team. She advises wealthy foreign domiciled individuals and families (whether UK resident or not) on their estate, succession and tax planning affairs in respect of their UK and foreign interests, either held personally or via offshore holding structures. Increasingly Sanjvee's clients are also concerned about wealth protection and are interested in structures which protect assets from risks other than tax such as sibling rivalry, divorce and creditors. She also advises professional trustees, family offices and individuals on a wide variety of trust and administration matters.
While most of Sanjvee's clients are UK resident, she also advises foreign individuals and families with few UK connections but who wish to acquire UK assets, most often UK property. These clients are most commonly resident in the Middle East and the Far East or of Indian origin. In addition many of her clients have US connections.
The highly international nature of Sanjvee's practice means that she is very experienced at advising clients on complex cross-border tax and trust planning work. She will often co-ordinate advice across a number of different jurisdictions on a matter.
