Sarah is an Associate in our financial services group. She has broad experience in advising clients within the financial services sector including investment companies, funds, institutional investors, payment service providers and investment managers.
Sarah has advised on investment company launches, mergers, reorganisations and liquidations, equity security issues and investment management agreements. She has acted for pension funds on their investments into alternative investment funds. She also provides general corporate and regulatory advice to financial services clients.
Recent experience includes assisting with the launch of a new of cell of a Gibraltarian protected cell company, the acquisition of a pan-European IFA network by a wealth management company and producing a white label agreement for a payment services provider.
