Personal Profile
Sarah, originally from Lincolnshire, came to Northamptonshire in the late 80s to study Law, Business Studies and Sport. After a year away at Chester Law School, Sarah returned to Northampton and joined Franklins in 1992, progressing to partnership in 1997. Sarah is the Head of the Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation teams across both the Northampton and Milton Keynes offices, specialising in complex litigation disputes covering a broad range from contractual, director disputes and debt recovery to brain injury and spinal litigation. Within both areas, Sarah is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution. In addition Sarah is responsible for the business migration work undertaken at the firm which offers immigration legal services to business and individuals. Sarah is the Chair for the Northamptonshire Branch of the Institute of Directors (IoD) having previously Chaired the IoD's East Midlands Young Directors Forum. Sarah currently sits on the University of Northampton's Audit Committee and is also proud to be named one of the Ambassadors for the County.
