Sarah Strange is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Engineering group specialising in both contentious and transactional construction and engineering advice.
She has acted for a wide range of clients, both domestic and international, including private and public sector employers, main contractors, joint ventures, property developers and funders. Sector focus areas also include mixed-use development, hotels and leisure, construction insolvency and due diligence support for corporate and property deals. Sarah advises on methods of procurement and both bespoke and standard form construction contracts (including JCT, IChemE and FIDIC), development agreements, collateral warranties, performance bonds, guarantees and consultant appointments.
She also has experience of dealing with large international disputes in the fields of litigation and arbitration.
