Sarah joined us from Freshfields in February 2012 as a partner in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in pensions law.
Sarah advises on all aspects of pensions law. She has considerable experience of advising on corporate reorganisations, refinancings and sales and acquisitions, including interaction with the UK Pensions Regulator.
Sarah is also familiar with advising FTSE 100 pension scheme employers and trustees on pension issues: recent work includes advising on closures to future accrual, changing scheme benefits, intra-group scheme mergers, options for de-risking and advice on tax changes.
Sarah is a regular speaker at external and internal events and is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers' Legislative and Parliamentary Committee.
