Sean is Head of Taylor Wessing's new Specialist Advisory Services group which comprises the Employment & Pensions, Tax & Incentives, and Financial Services Regulatory teams.
Sean deals with all aspects of employment work, including executive employment and termination, commercial transactions and business transfers, often with an international element.
He has extensive experience of employment law in the context of commercial transactions, including outsourcings and international reorganisations. He advises on collective redundancies and consultation, as well as individual employment disputes (particularly with an international context or complex benefits issues).
Sean began advising on UK immigration matters in 1990 and oversees Taylor Wessing's business immigration practice, working for international corporate clients and senior individuals across all categories.
