Siân is a senior counsel in our IT, Telecoms & Competition team. She advises on commercial contracts specialising in all aspects of IT and technology law and has a particular focus on advising start-up technology companies and North American businesses setting up in Europe.
Siân advises on a wide range of commercial matters with an emphasis on IT contractual work, including technology, software and website development, support and maintenance, reseller and partnering arrangements and online content and information.
Siân also works on technology transactions often leading the team on IP/IT and commercial contracts due diligence and advising on warranty negotiations in major M&A transactions.
Siân is involved with the firm’s Tech City initiative giving presentations to the tech community, attending the tech city office and advising start-ups on commercial and IP matters which are key to their future success.
