Simeon has been a qualified solicitor for over fifteen years and is a partner in our property department.
His current areas of expertise are advising farmers, land owners and those involved in the food industry and Housing Association clients on their property affairs.
Simeon’s work in agriculture focuses on advising the producers and suppliers of high quality, potato and vegetable crops together with major players in the arable sector. He has a particular expertise in the law in relation to the ownership of land adjacent to the coast line.
Simeon also advises a number of Housing Associations on all aspects of housing estate management and has secured an expanding range of work for them including acquisition of land for development sites, acquisition of homes by Section 106 obligations and sale of homes by shared ownership lease, right to buy, acquisition by the Mortgage Rescue Scheme and also large scale refinancing exercises.
