Sophie is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group, specialising in Financial Services Disputes and Investigations. She advises banks and other financial institutions in connection with a range of contentious issues including breach of mandate claims, security enforcement disputes, breach of contract claims and fraud. Sophie also has experience of disputes involving asset based lenders.
Sophie advises clients regarding regulatory issues concerning the FCA's supervisory and enforcement procedures and its sanctions and penalty regime.
Prior to specialising in Financial Services Disputes and Investigations, Sophie practised general commercial litigation and has experience of handling disputes regarding a broad variety of contentious issues, including insolvency and enforcement issues.
