Tamsin is an associate in Taylor Wessing's Intellectual Property department.
Tamsin provides advice on both contentious and non-contentious patent issues. Tamsin has advised a wide range of clients on patent matters across a variety of technologies including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and waterproof and breathable footwear. Tamsin has acted for clients in patent actions in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
In addition to her practice in UK patent litigation, Tamsin also has experience in the co-ordination of IP litigation relating to global pharmaceutical products. This involves working closely with lawyers in other jurisdictions including Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA.
Tamsin trained at Taylor Wessing before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2011. Tamsin has a degree in Cell Biology from Durham University and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from Oxford University.
