Tamsin has been an associate solicitor in the commercial property team since joining Stone King in 2008.
Tamsin deals with all areas of non-contentious property work for charitable, educational and commercial clients. She has extensive experience in assisting schools with the property side of the academy conversion process as well as with post conversion matters. Tamsin also has particular experience in dealing with all aspects of property law on behalf of charity clients and religious organisations.
Having worked closely with the Department for Education on a range of projects, Tamsin has developed a vast working knowlege of all forms of Department for Education documentation.
Tamsin has been chair of trustees of the Stone King Foundation, a grant making charity separate from the firm, for the last three years. She is also very active in charitable fund raising for the firm’s selected charity each year.
