Tom is a Principal Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. He advises on all aspects of employment law but specialises in advising on the employment law aspects of commercial and corporate transactions, high level employment tribunal litigation and strategic advice relating to redundancy, restructuring and employee issues involving fraud.
Tom's recent experience includes: advising on the employment law aspects of a number of cross jurisdiction matters including commercial outsourcing projects, mergers and acquisitions; advising on the employment law aspects of Initial Public Offerings and managing high level and volume employment tribunal litigation and strategic employment law advice for a world leading airport operator.
In addition, he is a regular speaker and trainer on the topics of TUPE, redundancy and restructuring and employee data protection.
