Vicki Chilton is Head of the Residential Conveyancing department.
She studied in Aberystwyth University of Wales and joined Hegarty in 2002 as a trainee and qualified as solicitor in 2004.
In 2012, she became Head of Residential Conveyancing Department.
Vicki has a wealth of experience in giving legal advice on both commercial and residential conveyancing transactions for leasehold and freehold land. She deals with a variety of clientele both private and commercial clients including large businesses, landlords and property developers respectively. Her broad range of clients also includes financial institutions like banks and building societies.
Vicki obtains amicable mannerism and conduct makes her an easy to approach person. She is able to demystify complex legal issues and offer clear and concise advice. She works well under pressure and works to tight deadlines and endeavours to ensure she gives a consistently high level of service to her clients.
