Will is an equity capital markets partner in our Corporate Finance Group. He has extensive experience in public and private M&A and equity capital markets. As well as broad transaction experience, Will also brings his experience of working across a wide range of industries including technology, healthcare, telecoms, mining, commodities and financial institutions. Transactions on which Will has acted include advising:
A consortium led by Goldman Sachs on its recommended bid for BAA.
Merrill Lynch on a joint venture with InterOil.
Weetabix on its takeover by Hicks Muse.
RHM on its takeover by Premier Foods.
Educated at the University of Durham and Guildford College of Law, Will joined Taylor Wessing in November 2008 from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
