Personal Profile
Will is an associate in our commercial group. He trained with Eversheds and has been advising on PFI and PPP Projects since qualification into the Project and Infrastructure Finance Group in 2008.
Will has experience of education, emergency services, health, housing, transport and waste projects and has acted for both public and private sector clients.
His recent experience includes: advising the London Borough of Lambeth on a variety of procurement and commercial issues on its social housing PFI scheme; the LEP on both phases of the Hull BSF programme; Avon and Somerset Police Authority on its multi-site PFI accommodation programme; Stoke and Staffordshire Fire Authority on both of its fire accommodation PFI projects; Staffordshire County Council on its waste PFI project and the London Borough of Hounslow on its pathfinder highways maintenance PFI project.
As well as advising on the commercial aspects of projects, Will has advised local authority clients on a variety of procurement issues, the competitive dialogue procedure and drafted OJEU notices and other procurement documentation. He is familiar with SoPC4 and the procurement packs in a variety of sectors.
