Defending high value, mass unfair dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deduction from wages and protective award proceedings (circa 800 Claimants);
Advising on the employment law requirements and practical issues arising from large scale redundancy exercises and collective consultation obligations;
Defending proceedings arising from a number of claims relating to the incorporation of collective agreements into individual contracts of employment; and
Advising on the implications of amending terms and conditions within a unionised workforce.
